Our Story

Complete Concrete was founded in 1999 by President and Owner Quentin W. Ott Jr.  Our mission is to provide each customer with quality workmanship and service at a fair and competitive price.  We are a company built on loyalty, honesty, integrity, and strong lasting relationships with contractors, clients, and customers.

The company has grown from its roots in residential concrete construction, from just a man and a pickup truck, to one of the area’s leading multimillion dollar commercial, industrial, and specialty concrete contractors.  Along with the strong values and principles of success that grew the company, Quentin combines over 30 years of experience in the industry to keep it thriving today.

Scope of services

  • General concrete construction including new, renovations, replacement, or repair

  • Site drainage solutions

  • Trench drains, floor drains, commercial and industrial drains, catch basins

  • Pipe bollards and custom bollard covers, wheel stops, signs and posts

Our precision and detail enable us to go beyond the general scope of concrete services to specialize in sports construction and ADA compliance projects.  These projects are critical and carry a narrow margin of error, but our highly skilled team carries out their work with acute attention to detail and the utmost capability that comes from years of experience in executing a formula of success that is repeated on every job.

ADA Construction

We offer our expertise in providing our clients with ADA site evaluations and value engineered solutions for remediating existing pavement conditions.  Our knowledge is based on direct work experience in performing over a hundred projects utilizing our understanding of ADA compliant slope requirements to pave new, replace, or repair existing sidewalks, curb ramps, and parking lot pavement throughout the Midwest, Northeast, and Southeast regions.  We are proven to meet or exceed ADA standards on commercial and industrial projects.

Sports Construction

We have been a key part of the construction of many high school, middle school, college, and university track and field projects in the eastern U.S.  The small allowable tolerance contributes to a high degree of difficulty for these projects, requiring precision and professional craftsmanship that we routinely deliver.  Our elite crew installs long jump pits and runways, pole vault runways, discus and shot-put pads, steeplechase barriers, and curbs surrounding running tracks and playing fields.  We expertly install hundreds of feet of ACO sport drain systems, or slot drains, in these curbs.  In addition, we install trench drains, sidewalks, bleacher pads, and footers for fencing.
