De La Riva Construction, Inc. was founded in February 2006, when Jose and Socorro De La Riva decided to take the leap and use their years of hands-on experience in construction to create a family-owned small business. They envisioned building a legacy of exceptional construction at a reasonable cost for their clients. The De La Rivas were determined that the projects entrusted to them would receive their personal attention and that their firm would provide the very best in service and quality. They also saw that hands-on management with dedicated crews was the best way to provide that exceptional service and quality. With that goal in mind, they set up shop in Fullerton, California, their hometown.

De La Riva Construction’s mission is to foster long-term relationships with clients by providing professional project and construction management. We capably manage a project from inception through design and throughout the construction process, as was demonstrated to the United States Air Force and the Navy. Utilizing state of the art systems and processes and a “Can Do” philosophy, we Can and Do deliver projects that meet or exceed our clients’ goals of high quality, within budget and on-schedule. Our commitment to our clients is the driving force behind our company culture of continuous professional improvement and an end product of the highest possible quality, on time and within budget.
