Easily my go to plumber since 2009 - I don't quite remember the first job but it was good enough to remember to call them again. My experience before, was calling several plumbers for competing bids, but having found RS, it just seemed pointless after going through this process and always having them be the best choice..... I have had them at my home, business and rental properties for both major and minor jobs; they even work well with Home Owners Associations and Escrow....
As a LANDLORD, I provide their contact information as a standard on all my rental agreements in case of emergencies. Now that is trust - and I consider it well placed.
