Our Story

STEVEN A. LAPPIN, CGBP, President

Steven has over 12 years of real estate experience including land acquisition, due diligence, development, equity and debt financing, legal documentation, insurance, accounting, entitlement, purchasing, project management, construction, marketing & sales, cost estimating and customer service. He oversees the operation of the company and has both a General Building Contractors License, as well as a Certified Green Building Professional (CGBP) credential. Steven was a keynote speaker at the 2009 AltBuild Expo and serves on the Building Industry Association’s LA City Government Affairs Board. He holds degrees from UC Berkeley and University of Chicago.

LAURI M. LAPPIN, LEED AP, CGBP, Director of Design, Marketing & Sales

Lauri has several years of real estate experience including title, mortgage, escrow, California Department of Real Estate processing, multifamily and single family home sales, interior and exterior design, lighting design, and green design. She is a licensed real estate broker, Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP), CGBP, and an active member of the USGBC LA Chapter. Lauri completed her undergraduate studies at UCLA and earned a graduate degree in Communications from Boston University.

BEN F. SINGLEY, Construction Management

Ben has over 38 years of real estate experience, including plan design, product development, project
management, purchasing, construction, and customer service. He enjoys working with all trades and is quite adept at value engineering of plans.
