Our Story

AIM Paving & Construction, LLC., is a family-owned, professionally-run business that specializes in both commercial and residential, flexible interlocking pavement for various outdoor spaces, including patios, walkways, driveways, entryways, pool decks, terraces, sundecks and courtyards. The interlocking pavement is made up of clay or concrete “pavers,” which are precast bricks used in outdoor landscaping.

The advantages of flexible interlocking pavement are many, offering a nice alternative to ordinary concrete or asphalt, particularly in North Texas. In the Dallas/Fort Worth area, especially east of Texas 360, the soil has high clay content, giving it an elastic quality. When the moisture content fluctuates in that soil, the clay performs poorly and causes standard concrete and asphalt to crack. That’s why even newer homes in the area often have cracked driveways. Also, pavers are available in a beautiful variety of shapes, colors and sizes, adding that special curbside appear to any home or business.

In addition to installing flexible interlocking pavement, AIM Construction installs structural modular retainer walls. These walls are colored concrete blocks that have a stone-like appearance. Modular walls retain the soil to help support a structure and protect your investment. AIM provides retainer walls for construction - both homes and businesses - but they also repair and replace existing walls. Old railroad tie construction or dilapidated walls will lead to hazardous drainage issues. AIM will replace these with a modular system to restore proper drainage while including a lifetime warranty on both commercial and residential retainer walls.
