Our Story

1 Priority Environmental Services is a privately-held environmental services company.  Our number 1 priority is the Safety of our team members and those who we work with. We are proud of the contributions we have made to our industry since our formation in 2003. We continue to develop innovative solutions to our customers, and we invest in our employees to ensure that we sustain a safe work environment.

We offer our clients what they need – a full range of Abatement, Indoor Air Quality, and Decontamination services – at a competitive price with an excellent reporting and compliance record. We manage our projects safely and complete all projects right the first time. We do our best to develop customers for life.

1 Priority Environmental Services is headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas with regional offices located in Houston, San Antonio, Austin, Lubbock, Gatesville (Fort Hood Military Base), Shreveport and Baton Rouge, LA and Atlanta, GA.

Now, with the merger complete with Earth Services & Abatement, Snyder Environmental and Simpson Environmental, we have 20 offices throughout Texas, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Iowa, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Dakota and Wyoming.

We consistently employ up to 600 full-time technicians, and during disasters more than 500 full-time technicians. We have the infrastructure and technology to scale rapidly to 1,000 skilled workers in the event of a severe natural disaster along the Gulf and Eastern Coast or inland. All of our employees maintain certifications for specific areas of operation, and complete annual safety refreshers along with internal safety training that continues throughout the year.

1 Priority works effectively with contractors, consultants, insurance companies and property owners. We invest in our communications systems and personnel to ensure that our projects are completed safely and efficiently.
