Our Team

ProTest has been in the business of precision tightness testing of underground petroleum storage tanks since 1987. Founded by Mr. John Leddy, he and his son Thomas (now President) have taken this company to be one of the industry leaders in petroleum bulk storage tank testing and environmental consulting.
