Licensed Superior Builders, Inc. was established and licensed in the State of California by Livius S. Bogdan. Having more than 40 years of experience and application of every phase of building and design, he oversees the administration and implementation of all projects, assuring jurisdictional compliance and customer satisfaction relative to quality, timeliness, cost and innovation with respect to the ever changing industry and environmental demands.

Licensed Superior Builders, Inc. is staffed with talented and experienced mechanics supervised in the field by Superintendents who continue to update their skills and knowledge of changing construction technology, materials and techniques.

As part of its Mission Statement to monitor, promote and implement dynamic construction concepts that reflect the need to preserve the environment, Licensed Superior Builders, Inc. established a Technical Services Division to research new industry materials and techniques and to support the field crews with the necessary information to implement these measure in practice.

Our client services include projects ranging from $1,000 to $10M. Our scope can also include assistance with Design, Cost Savings Value Engineering, Building Permit acquisition assistance and Construction Management.
