Ryan Evenson

President

Ryan Evenson is the President of Evenson Concrete systems. With over 20 years of experience in the concrete industry, and as a third generation contractor, our history is grounded in a strong work ethic and passion for being a leader in the concrete industry. He leads a team that continues to strive to be the best in every aspect of our business providing our clients with the highest quality craftsmanship and quick response. Ryan is responsible for customer development, developing new business growth and giving support to our project management team. Prior to forming Evenson Concrete Systems, Ryan spent his early years learning the trade and developing his craftsmanship, while working for his father’s concrete company. After receiving a BS degree in Construction Management, Ryan worked several years as a project manager for a commercial general contractor, gaining knowledge in all trades and aspects of the construction industry. Ryan’s greatest strengths are his creativity; drive; leadership and commitment to quality and satisfies customers, through honesty, integrity and timeliness. Ryan is a past board member of the MN River Builders Association and is a member of the Builder Association of MN and MN Concrete Foundation Association. He has done volunteer work for the local Habitat for Humanity and many local churches. Ryan lives near Madison Lake, MN, with his wife and two daughters. Mick Scofield

Project Manager / Estimator

Mick Scofield is a Project Manager and Estimator for Evenson Concrete systems. With over 25 years of experience in the concrete industry, he is responsible for putting together project bids and managing projects through the entire construction process. Prior to joining Evenson Concrete Systems, Mick spent 23 years as a project coordinator and director of operations for a concrete contractor in the southern part of the Twin Cities Metropolitan Area. Mick has a strong knowledge base of the concrete construction processes and procedures, needed to get projects completed efficiently and effectively, while meeting the high quality standards of the industry. Mick has been a member of the Concrete Foundation Association and has a BA degree in Business Administration from St. Norbert College in De Pere, WI. He has been a youth hockey coach for the past 15 years in Northfield, MN and is currently an assistant varsity coach at the Northfield High School. Mick lives in Northfield, MN with his wife and three children. mick@evensonconcrete.com

Mitch Rohlfing

Estimator/Project Manager

Mitch Rohlfing is a Project Manager and Estimator for Evenson Concrete Systems. With 8 years experience in the general construction field, he is responsible for putting together commercial bids along with residential bids and managing these projects from start to finish. Prior to joining Evenson Concrete Systems, Mitch was a foreman for a residential contractor in southern MN working with residential homes and projects. He has a great knowledge for the complete construction of projects from start to finish. His knowledge of general building helps him design and visualize how projects will layout and work. Mitch graduated from Minnesota State University, Mankato in the fall of 2012 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management and SWPPP certification.Mitch lives near Madison Lake, MN. Outside of work Mitch is a volunteer fireman and enjoys hunting, fishing, snowmobiling, and 4-wheeling and being on the lake. mitch@evensonconcrete.com
