Midstate Caulking & Construction Services, LLC, was founded in July 2007, is family owned & operated and employs talented & experienced employees in the construction industry.  The principals of Midstate, Leon and Brenda Clement, have over 30 years of construction experience working on private residences to multi-million dollar commercial and military projects. We are located in Central Florida however we service the entire state of Florida.  Midstate Caulking & Construction Services, LLC provides caulking, waterproofing, fire stopping, stucco, and deck coating services. Quality, scheduling and safety are as important to us as they are to you. We understand the need for timely project completion, working well with other trades, shift work, and accomplishing zero (0) punch list. We have always completed on time and within budget.We take great pride in training our workers in safety in all areas including fall protection, scaffolding, and equipment use. All our site foremen carry 10 hour OSHA training and implement safety procedures on all projects.   We are certified in ABAA, Dow Corning, Sonneborn, Versaflex, Euclid, Metzger McGuire, Tyvek, Parex, Dryvitt, Sikaflex, Soprema, Stuccoflex and STO systems. We have an A-rated insurance company and can meet most bond requirements.
