Guerrero Builders, LLC (DUNS 068624381) has been in business since 1998, pursuing and completing 8a, HUBZone, DBE Certified Minority, and Service Disabled Veteran construction projects for the Federal Government. As a licensed, insured and large-bond capable company, Guerrero Builders is fully prepared for multiple, concurrent contracts of various size.

Quality Control Overview

Our Quality Control Process serves as the basis for providing a finished project that is designed at the highest level, in budget and completed as scheduled. Quality Control consists of identifying objective standards, specifications, or criteria which will guide the assignment to the desired result (preparation phase), performing work to those established standards (implementation phase), and regularly monitoring work performance to confirm that required results are obtained (followup phase). Each individual team member is responsible for checking his or her own work according to our QA/QC program and the Quality Control Manager then coordinates and checks his team’s work.

Our approach introduces quality control at the beginning and periodically throughout the ongoing project, rather than just a check at the end of the project. In this way we can find changes as the project evolves, thus minimizing costs and schedule delays near the end of the project. For quality verification to be effective, it must be independent of the daytoday activities of the project. Thus, independent quality control/verification is the responsibility of our Design Quality Control Manager, Loyd Bullard.
