Our Story

We would like to thank you in advance for considering our organization for your future projects.

HVS LLC is a full service Electrical and Construction Organization entering it's Twentieth Anniversary in business.  A brief History of our organization begins in 1988 as a DBA of NEI Electric.  In 1999, due to our growth and reputation, our organization was bought by a Westchester NYC Electrical Contractor forming NEI/Naber Electric. This merger continued through 2006, at which time it was mutually agreed we would separate to concentrate on our own specific goals.  This resulted in the formation of HVS Electric & Construction Services.  The Principals of this company are Joseph Damiani, Nancy Mullen, and James Mullen.

We are building an Organization to serve the Lower Hudson Valley and Northern New Jersey to meet the construction and service needs of this market.  In our first two years of operation under the new name, we have been quite successful and will continue to grow.  We are located in Stony Point, NY, allowing easy access to the Hudson Valley and New Jersey.  We are licensed in all of the lower NY counties as well as the state of New Jersey.

Our goal as an organization is our commitment to provide professional quality Service completed on time at a fair price.

Our Principals and Technical support staff have a combined 80 years of experience in Electric Installations, Estimating, Construction Contracting, and Field Operations and Management.  Our Project Design, Build, and Management team will provide continuity from project inception, design, and construction to create a win-win situation for all.  Our equipment ranges from 54 foot Bucket Trucks, Vans and Pickup Trucks, Equipment Trailers and the everyday equipment and tools required to perform every installation quickly and efficiently.  We also provide all safety equipment required to be OSHA Compliant.

Our Field staff are second to none.  We pride ourselves on their training, work ethic, experience and professionalism.  We are trained from Data and Fiber Cabling, Office, Industrial, Institutional Electrical Construction and Renovation, to Utility 5,000 to 13,000 volt terminations, and Transformer replacements and repairs.  All of our journeymen are required to have a minimum of the 10-hour OSHA training.  Our Residential Service division is here to serve the needs of our local neighbors, handling all housing and small commercial client needs.

Our office is staffed from 7AM to 6PM Monday through Friday, and we provide 24/7 Emergency Service via an answering service to meet your needs.
