Our Story

Everything you are looking for in a contractor

Pair-A-Dice Interior Finishes (PAD) Construction is a Colorado owned and operated company that was established in 1998.  Eric Potts, owner, has been in the construction and building industry for over 20 years.  After years of working for other companies and seeing the lack of customer service and quality, Eric decided to create PAD where he could do it right.  He wanted to offer customers confidence, better quality, and dedicated service in the construction industry.

As a finish carpenter by trade, Eric brings high expectations to PAD.  Only quality professionals, who are the best at their trades, are hired and they are held to the highest standards.  PAD is committed to doing high quality work at affordable prices.  Under Eric’s leadership, PAD’s goal is to finish every job on time and within budget.  Getting it done right the first time is very important.  Meeting and/or exceeding every customer’s expectations is the goal.  PAD realizes that every customer and every job requires different customizations and therefore works with a large variety of product vendors, manufactures, and design centers to meet your needs.

With it’s decades of experience, Pair-A-Dice looks forward to working with you on your next construction project regardless of whether it is large or small, commercial or residential.
