Scope Of Work
Fully adhere new GAF 60mil TPO Fleece Backed Membrane direct to existing granular modified built up roof using OMG LRF adhesive. Fully adhere new 60mil TPO standard membrane to all parapet walls and curbs, terminated at the horizontal edge and covered with surface mounted counterflashing. With the help of Air Masters of Crystal River, FL we lifted the existing Roof Top Mechanical units off 4x4 wood sleepers and installed onto code approved hurricane stands. Fabricated and installed new 040 mil finish aluminum drip edge to all parapet walls and stripped in with TPO HW flashing tape. Job is 60 squares and was completed in 8 days.
