Maverick Building Services, Inc. is a full-service commercial building services company founded in 1986. Under the leadership of Jose P. Garcia, founder and president, and with the dedication of  his well-experienced senior management, Maverick has grown into one of the largest, most successful janitorial services providers in New Jersey. In fact, we serve customers in the New York Metropolitan Area and elsewhere as diverse as college campuses, high schools, multi-location corporate parks, office buildings covering over 500,000 square feet, ferry terminals, airports, banks, apartment complexes, train stations, bus terminals and many municipalities, among other sites.

General Cleaning and Maintenance

You have enough to be concerned about. The quality and dependability of the janitorial services you contract for should not be one of those concerns. We do it all and we do it right – dusting, vacuuming, trash removal, sweeping, mopping, and cleaning and disinfecting your restrooms, on a nightly basis or as frequently as you require.

Our senior management has decades of experience in the business. Before we assign a cleaning crew, one of our Senior Managers will tour your site, determine the scope of your needs, and formulate the most appropriate plan for taking care of your facility. Then we’ll assign a properly sized crew and make sure they execute the plan we’ve created for you.
