EXARO Technologies Corporation was incorporated in San Francisco, California March 22, 2005.  EXARO broke ground on its first project July 1st, 2005.  EXARO has quickly grown to be one of the leading providers of our services as a result of ~Delivering Excellence with a Sense of Urgency~.

Executive Vice President - Operations Manager - Jose Dominguez

Mr. Jose Dominguez brings over 22 years of extensive experience in leadership and the utility locating and construction services.  His diverse experience includes five years of executive leadership, and nineteen years of underground Utility Locating by Electronic Detection, Ground Penetrating Radar, and Vacuum Excavation-potholing.  Experience also includes GPS, Cathodic Protection, Service Termination, Video Inspection Gas & Water Leak Detection & Repairs, Pipe Bursting, Directional Drilling, Certified in Plastic Fusion Welding, Confined-Space Entry, Internal Pipe Sealing (AMEX-10/WEKO-SEAL).
