Founder and CEO of emc builders, Lawrence J. Evans, has over 40 years of construction and facility maintenance experience. As lead work analyst for the Dresden Nuclear Power plant, Larry exhibited his management skills leading the 70 person construction and maintenance department. He brings to our organization his superior managing and scheduling skills. Larry is experienced in concrete structures, concrete flatwork, structural steel commercial tenant finish, remodel and renovations from the ground up, steam heating systems, chilled water systems, plumbing systems, electrical systems, excavations, earthwork and landscaping as well as green construction systems and practices. 

emc builders has experience in a broad range of commercial and residential construction project types, including but not limited to tenant improvements, general contracting, Icynene spray foam insulation, drywall and framing, as well as PV solar solutions.
