JD James, Inc. began as a sole proprietorship in 1997 and was incorporated in August 2002. We currently hold licenses in 11 states as well as certifications as a WBE (Woman Business Enterprise), WBENC (Woman Business Enterprise National Certification), WOSB (Woman Owned Small Business) and DBE (Disadvantaged Business Enterprise).
