I put everything at a 4.5 that I thought was very good and 5's for the items I felt AQ really shined. The quality of work was excellent and Dale and his crews were always thinking of the finished product in mind and what was best for the client. Schedule was another gold star area. Due to the Owner/Architect's late design, AQ received their contract much later than desired. They started off behind schedule, not from their own doing, but worked long days and weekends to catch up to our schedule. Other subcontractors may have given a lot of excuses or tried to change order us for expediting but AQ was a solid team player. I docked a little bit for safety as I recall having to remind some of their workers of proper ladder safety. In particular, Dale was great to work with. He was always ready to solve a problem and looked at challenges as opportunities. He always had a positive attitude and was willing to work with anyone on the team (other subs, Sundt, Owners) to get the job done. Would definitely use AQ again or recommend them to any GC or Owner.
I put Precon Services as N/A because I was not directly involved in that.
