Blums Architectural Photography, LLC was formed in 2008 after the passing of their father Sanford Blum. Sanford Blum who owned and operated Allen’s Professional Photography (for over 40 years) had trained Michael Blum (Owner & President) to excel in providing all of our customers with complete comprehensive customer satisfaction with our photographic & video skills. Michael is now following in his father’s footsteps by keeping it a father/son business and providing 150% complete customer satisfaction. While we continue to grow on a daily basis, Michael still operates his business as his father taught him. In this, Blums has become one of the leading photography & video business in MD, DC and VA, but still holds on to the small family business values.

In over the 4 years in business, as Blums Architectural Photography our employees and owners have over 18 years’ experience in the field of construction photography, architectural photography & video services.

Blums specializes in all phases of construction photography. From using professional digital, 35 mm and medium format camera’s Blums offers many services that include pre-construction, regular monthly, bi-weekly & weekly progress visits and final & post construction photography as well as photographs for web pages and trade magazines. Included in our specialties, we also specialize in site video, demonstration video and aerial photography.
