Blanco Construction Services & Associates, Inc.

Ed Blanco is the driving force behind Blanco Construction Services & Associates, Inc.  He obtained his contractor’s license and started his company in 2002.  Prior to that, Ed had worked 20 years in the industry.  He started out in the 80’s as a Union Framing & Finish Carpenter building Tract Homes in the Santa Clarita Valley.  In the 90’s he and a friend started a Plumbing Contracting company working for GC’s on Residential and Commercial Work. In 1995, Ed went to work as the Sr. Superintendent for a large GC in Orange County, CA where he managed a variety of projects in the Residential, Commercial, Industrial & Public Works sectors – ranging from Ground Up Tilt Up Concrete Buildings and Medical Office Remodels to Custom Homes, Mold Remediation and Fire Damage Restoration.  When Ed started Blanco Construction in 2002, he decided to focus on Single Family Residential Remodels and New Construction, and that continues to be our focus.  Blanco Construction serves a limited group of clients in the Commercial sector, primarily completing Tenant Improvements for Office, Restaurant and Creative Spaces.
