Building Cooling Systems, Inc. (BCSI) was established in 2001 in New York City by three engineers in the air conditioning business. Since then, we’ve continued to match the increasing demands that have grown more each year. In 2005, there was an ownership change and BCSI was reinvented by one of the original owners and his daughter. Our New York warehouse was expanded in 2006 and again in 2012, as our spot cooler rental fleet as well as number of new stock models increased. In addition, our first warehouse in Florida opened in 2008.

We provide sales throughout the United States as well as internationally, while our rentals are provided in the New York tristate area and Florida. Moreover, we are certified NYS and NYC Woman Business Enterprises, as well as a proud member of the American Rental Association (ARA), Mid-Atlantic Tent Renters Association (MATRA), Hauppauge Industrial Association (HIA), Florida Healthcare Engineering Association (FHEA), Palm City Chamber of Commerce, Mechanical Contractors Association of South Florida (MCASF) and the Treasure Coast Builders Association (TCBA). Our warehouses are stocked with both rental and new spot cooler equipment to meet your supplemental, temporary, or emergency cooling and heating needs.
