Our Story

Lawdensky Construction Company was established in 1964 by Frank J. Lawdensky and two partners. After the retirement of his partners, Frank started FJ Lawdensky Construction Co. in 1983. The company has been family owned and operated since that time. The company reestablished itself as Lawdensky Construction Company, in 1998.

Frank Lawdensky established a reputation for on-time and on-budget construction performance. This has produced long lasting working relationships with many clients throughout the company's 50+ year history.
