Lezzer Commerial Sales Division is a construction management firm, which specializes in the framing phase of construction. We have built a solid reputation on service and quality of work serving the Mid-Atlantic Region - Delaware, District of Columbia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and N.Virginia. 

Our turnkey package (supply and install of wood components) eliminates risk builders have in managing the material and labor of projects. CSU offers the attention that is needed by controlling material and labor which allows more time to be spent on other phases of construction.

In 2009 CRU partnered with Lezzer Lumber to form Construction Solutions Unlimited and Today we are moving forward as Lezzer Commercial Sales Divsion. As we forge ahead in this challenging new industry climate, often we must realign our business models and strategies to adapt to an ever changing market. The formation of CSU and merger with Lezzer has resulted in a stronger more efficient framing company.
