Our Story

Specialists in Fiber Optic and Structured Cabling

Phase 3 Communications was established in 1994 and serves Northern and Southern California with headquarters in San Jose and a regional office in Los Angeles. Our expertise ranges from the design and installation of Fiber Optic Networking Infrastructure and Voice and Data Networks to Underground Construction and Engineering Services. We are the Bay Area’s leader in Emergency Fiber Optic Restoration Service and we provide a single source solution for engineering, design and implementation of infrastructure to efficiently support your telecommunications needs.

Nicolas DeZubiria, President & Founder

Nicolas DeZubiria brings more than 25 years of experience in telecommunications and is responsible for operations, business development and project management at Phase 3 Communications

Nicolas successfully manages a wide variety of telecommunications projects including underground feeder cabling, long-haul fiber installations, aerial cabling, and large voice and data installations. He has directed over 100,000 splices for RCN and managed the installation of over 150,000 feet of fiber optic cable for Sprint along BART’s fiber optic network for wireless communications. His expertise and hands-on approach to finding creative solutions along with a strong emphasis on quality have been the keys to our success.
