Scope Of Work
M&N provided steel fabrication and value engineering for the Maple River Energy project. The large industrial facility required more than 3,500 fabricated members and 1,000 linear feet of guardrail.
Due to the large number of pieces, value engineering was key to our success on the project. We used our fabrication expertise, as well as frequent communication with the design team, on-site superintendent, and erectors, to generate the most efficient connections possible. This allowed for a significantly reduced project timeline and cost.
Nearly every piece of material was run through our CNC drill line to provide the highest level of quality and accuracy. Because of our use of CNC technology, there wasn’t a single issue in the field caused by improperly fitting materials.
