Culley Mechanical, Inc. was established in 1979 by John C. Culley and has built its reputation as a full service Mechanical Contractor firm for over 30 years. Our Mechanical capabilities include Tenant Fit-Up Work, Design/Build Projects, Renovations, New Construction, Sheet Metal Fabrication and Installation, Maintenance Agreements and Service Work in the Commercial, Government, Institutional & Industrial Markets throughout the Southeastern and Central Virginia Area. Our reputation as a quality mechanical contractor is supported by skilled tradesman, supervisors, project managers, engineers and estimating staff overseen by the Owners of the company.
