ABOUT OUR COMPANY


Cunningham Paving is a family-owned business, with over 30 years of experience. We provide excellent quality, competitive pricing and reliability.  Cunningham Paving is proud to provide paving services to business owners, General Contractors, local governments and institutions. We do everything from asphalt paving and repairs, milling, sewer repairs and drainage to complete site construction. 
 

SERVICES WE OFFER


Complete Asphalt Paving
Complete installation of new parking areas and existing surfaces including but not limited to: parking lots, roads, trails, bike paths, tennis and basketball courts. 

Asphalt Repair
All potholes are cleaned and a tack coat is applied for bonding. Hot asphalt is then installed and compacted. 

Complete Parking Lot Construction
Beginning with excavation through complete finished surfacing, striping and signage.
 

OUR PRESIDENT


Timothy J. Cunningham has been President of Cunningham Paving Company since it was incorporated in 1987.  He is currently registered as a General, Demolition, and Sewer Contractor with the City of Cleveland.  Cuyahoga County of Ohio has granted him a Sewer Builder’s License for over ten years.  Tim is a member in good standing of Local 18 – International Union of Operating Engineers.  His outstanding work has made Cunningham Paving into the leading asphalt pavement contractor in Northeast Ohio.

 

EXPERIENCE

In our 30 years of buisness, we have worked with our partners in the Cleveland area on a wide range of jobs from road patching to million dollar resurfacing projects.


We are currently licensed and registered in over 75 communities within Cuyahoga, Lake, Lorain, Geauga and Summit Counties. We are fully bondable and insured.
