BUILDING SOLUTIONS:

Schlosser Steel Buildings Inc. has been supplying and erecting pre-engineered metal buildings for over half of a century. We have provided our customers with buildings as close as 1/4 of a mile from our office in Hatfield, PA, and as far as Abilene, Texas. Schlosser Steel Inc., our parent company, has been fabricating and erecting conventional steel buildings for an even longer time period than SSBI has been doing business. By combining our design expertise with the knowledge and skills of the detailers and project managers at the fabrication plant, SSBI can provide our customers with a design build project that is both cost effective and efficient.

Schlosser Steel Buildings has a long standing tradition of hiring design professionals to provide exceptional service to our customers. Our staff consists of professionals licensed in engineering and architecture to offer the client full accountability through the design process.  SSBI can provide everything from foundation designs to architectural renderings, from sealed construction documents to ADA code reviews. Our project managers are not just going to stop at making sure the building is on schedule. We take the responsibility to ensure that the building is exactly the solution to meet your needs from initial design meetings to final construction.

HYBRID STEEL BUILDINGS:

Many customers like to blend some of the advantages of metal building systems with the advantages of conventionally framed steel buildings. By designing a hybrid system, fondly referred to as “Schlosserisms” in our office, SSBI can provide an owner with the cost effectiveness and thermal efficiency of a building with insulated metal walls, and the flexibility of a conventionally framed steel system. With our expertise in both metal buildings and conventional steel buildings, no company is better suited to provide this type of building solution.
