Thermal Concepts was a key player in from the pre-construction phase thru startup and turnover. The bring a lot of knowledge to the team and took charge of a complicated unique HVAC system in the iconic Miami Art Museum project. This project also had a lot of controls and integration for the art spaces that is not typically encountered and Thermal Concepts worked with the construction, design and facilities management teams to deliver a quality system.
