PROFESSIONAL ACHIEVEMENTS
Successfully implement and monitored grounds maintenance program for Memphis City Schools and Houston Independent School District by coordinating all activities related to program operation. Received national and company recognition. Reduced Memphis operation cost $300,000 annual and HISD by $2,450,000 annually.
Determined program improvements and budget needs by conducting surveys/research and analyzing past and current year reports.
Assumed innovative leadership by undertaking full responsibilities in coordinating and promoting grounds/landscape and custodial programs. Established efficient concrete, asphalt, drainage, fence, playground, small engine, and pest control departments.

Design and developed computerized maintenance management systems for preventative and corrective maintenance including cost tracking, inventory control and imaging. Reorganized Grounds Maintenance functions increasing quality and productivity. Liaison and member of planning committee on $40 million site development projects. Developed efficient programs of Grounds maintenance, including comprehensive studies of playgrounds and athletic fields in both public and private facilities.
Training
Developed and instituted leadership and job skill training program for middle and first line grounds/landscape managers.
