RECON International Inc. (RECON) was organized in 1980. Currently headquartered in Monroe, CT, RECON was established to provide engineering consulting services to aid insurance adjustors when losses to industrial and commercial facilities occur due to fires, floods, hurricanes, explosions, etc. Specializing in instant response and quick turnaround, RECON can supply complete services from the preparation of a scope of damage and detailed cost estimate through construction planning, scheduling, project supervision, and determination of betterments to final settlement. The personal involvement of the company's principals with each project assures the client technical excellence and professional service at a minimum expenditure of man-hours and costs.

RECON also provides CPM schedule and planning services to the construction industry. RECON develops and updates CPM project schedules using the latest Oracle Primavera Enterprise or Microsoft Project Planner software.
