P. Park Reclaim & Flourish

. Park NJ recently acquired the Tilcon quarry in Prospect Park NJ with the goal of returning the 80 acres which had been mined for construction aggregate since 1901 up until 2010 into a sustainable mixed use development that will reconnect Prospect Park to its neighborhoods, parks and commercial areas.

Purchased in the 1980′s by Tilcon New York, P. Park NJ took ownership in July 2012 and is currently seeking to reclaim and restore this site to the highest quality and best use for the community now and for generations to come.
