From 1986-2002, Demo Unlimited was operated as a small family business. In the Fall of 2002, Demo Unlimited was reorganized and incorporated as it exists today. The business began as a simple interior demolition service and has grown through the years to become the leading selective demolition provider in the Twin Cities area and surrounding 5 state area, with over 400 projects completed annually.

With 4 full-time estimators, supporting office staff, and over 50 full-time employees, Demo Unlimited has the experience and ability to serve our clients’ needs—from small jobs to some of the largest, highest-profile selective demolition projects in the area.
