Our Story
Dallas Window & Glass was started in 1978 by T. Michael Goodman, a former engineer who developed an expertise in windows. The tradition for knowledgeable, honest and dependable work that he built continues to this day. In April of 2003, the company was purchased by the Donahoe family. Mike Donahoe, president, continues to maintain the company's lasting reputation for quality and reliability throughout the North Texas Area.
Dallas Window & Glass is currently open to doing business in all of Texas, based on the opportunity. The company's primary area of focus, however, is within a 300-400 mile radius of Dallas/Fort Worth.
Call on us for all-glass storefronts, aluminum-glass storefronts, curtainwall, renovation, new construction, tenant finish-out, impact and bullet-resistant glazing, fire-rated glass, x-ray glass, decorative glass, residential replacement windows and automatic sliding door installations and maintenance. Our certified technicians are trained professionals who have the experience and know-how to take care of your fenestration needs.
Even though we are experts in both commercial and residential glazing, 98% of annual volume is commercial. Our projects include office buildings, retail centers, mall fronts, medical clinics, movie theaters, schools, and hospitals.
We also specialize in repairing leaky storefronts and office windows. Our other area of exptertise includes door service/repair. Call us if your're needing to replace door glass, panic-exit device installation/repair or closer replacement/repair (includes overhead concealed, surface and floor closers).
The company currently has four estimators who are more than happy to take your call and bid your projects - Dwayne Lewis (17 years glass and glazing) Philip Sugg (26 years glass and glazing), Barry Choate (32 years glass and glazing) and Mike Donahoe (11 years glass and glazing).
