As President & CEO, Chris is responsible for the general oversight of all construction activities, to include, the direction of all Safety Programs, Quality Control Programs, Project Managers, Estimating Department, Admin personnel and the overall health of the construction department.

Chris brings 10 years of multi-scale renovation and ground-up construction experience to the UST leadership team. He has supported projects in excess of a hundred million dollars under both design-build and construction management delivery models. Chris maintains an unwavering commitment to support the client’s diverse needs. Having constructed projects for Commercial, Federal Rail Road Commission, NAVFAC, United States Air Force, General Services Administration and numerous municipalities, he has the diversity and expertise to deliver high quality product to them.

David brings over 30 years’ experience as a business leader and project manager with both line and staff responsibility in Corporate Real Estate, Customer Service, and Operations. He is an energetic problem solver experienced in construction, manufacturing and business analytics. David is recognized for his proven negotiating skills lending to consensus building in an organization.

In his role as Director of Business Development, he believes that success in sales is based on something far greater than just another awarded contract. That commitment to our clients is supported by a highly skilled team implementing a set of processes that assure the best construction experience to each and every client.

David has been married for 16 years to his beautiful wife Jill and is the very proud father of two boys, ages 12 and 14. David has always been involved within the community and currently serves on the Greater Keller Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. He has also coached numerous youth recreational and select baseball teams over the years with the goal of passing along a love for the game and developing young athletes.

Marshall purchased UST in 2000 and serves as its CEO and President. As CEO, he is the leader and chief spokesperson for the company.  He provides strategic direction, sets cultural tone, leads the executive leadership team, promotes team-building and develops leaders within the company.

Under his leadership and vision, UST has grown into a multi-million dollar, multiple business unit General and Specialty Contractor serving diverse markets throughout the US. Marshall is committed to the company’s core values, promoting integrity and quality that result in exceeding customer expectations.

Marshall is actively engaged in civic and professional organizations, including Rotary, Recovery Resource Council and Petroleum Equipment Institute.

Tricia joined UST in 1994 and serves as its CFO and Vice President. As CFO, she is responsible for the financial and administrative operations of the company.  As an officer of the company and Secretary/Treasurer of the corporation, she assists in formulating the company’s future direction and is responsible for maintaining the corporate records.

In addition, Tricia has been instrumental in the development of the corporate image, from the logo to the core values. To promote both the core values of unity and social responsibility, she organizes an annual team building and employee workday for Trinity Habitat for Humanity.

Tricia holds a BBA in Accounting from The University of Texas in Austin. Although an avid Longhorn fan, she has had to divide her allegiance with her sons’ alma maters, OU and Texas Tech. She enjoys playing tennis, travelling and volunteering, especially with the non-profit, Amy’s Wish With Wings, named in honor of her daughter.
