Angela Castillo Roman's Bio
Angela serves as Office Manager for Coastal Tile & Marble, and is responsible for accounts receivable, accounts payable, bookkeeping, payroll, union and government reporting, certificates of insurance, and a variety of other duties. Angela joined Coastal Tile & Marble in 1999 as an Intern from Berkeley College of White Plains, and has taken on increasing responsibilities since that time. Angela earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Berkeley College in 2002.
Prior to working with Coastal Tile & Marble, Angela held positions in the Telemarketing and Interior Design fields. Angela is certified in QuickBooks Pro.
Angela enjoys the beaches of Montauk, LI. You’ll catch her surfcasting or running along the beach with her beloved beagle “Dakota”. She also spends many hours volunteering for the Long Island Beach Buggy Association.
Janet (Buckelew) Segatti's Bio
Janet has worked in the Human Resources field since graduating from college. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Psychology from Montclair State University, and an MBA in Human Resources Management from Pace University.
During her HR career, Janet worked in various positions, including HR Manager, Asst. Vice President, and Director of Human Resources for Automatic Data Processing, Citibank, and Ampacet Corporation. She is a full-fledged HR professional, with experience in staffing and development, employee relations, compensation, benefits, payroll administration, management training, communications, and event planning. She joined Coastal Tile & Marble in 1997 as Director of Human Resources.
Throughout the years, Janet has been an active community volunteer. She was President of the Byram Hills Preschool Association, Special Events Coordinator for the Westchester-Putnam Special Olympics and the Armonk Baseball League, and has held many volunteer positions with the Byram Hills PTSA, including Vice President of the Wampus School and Grade Coordinator. Janet is a Certified Notary Public in the State of New York.
Janet and her husband Andre enjoy spending time with their four children at the beach, on the ball field, golf course and ski slopes, and at dance and cheerleading competitions.
Mic Segatti's Bio
Mic has worked in the tile industry since his teenage years, spending time in all departments at Coastal Tile & Marble, including Estimating, Project Management, Accounting and Warehouse Logistics. He graduated from Quinnipiac University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, and a Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA). Upon graduation from college, Mic joined Coastal Tile's Operations Department as a Project Manager, managing projects throughout Westchester County, NY and in New York City.
While enrolled in college, Mic worked in accounting, finance, and job planning roles at Schimenti Construction, Petretti & Associates, Terex Corporation and A. Uzzo & Company. He is a certified tax preparer for the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance and Tax Counseling for the Elderly (VITA/TCE), and is OSHA 30 Hour Safety Course certified.
During his time off, Mic enjoys playing in a men's softball league, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and riding his motorcycle.

Nicholas P. Sorice's Bio
ick joined Coastal Tile & Marble in 2014 as Senior Estimator, with more than 37 years of experience in the tile industry. Since joining Coastal Tile & Marble, Nick has bid on and closed such prominent jobs as Hilton Grand Vacation Club, Continental Grain, Allied World, Nieman Marcus, RGA Headquarters, General Services Administration, Balyasny Asset Management, Wells Fargo, Revlon and Morgan Stanley.
Prior to joining Coastal Tile & Marble, Nick was a Senior Estimator at Port Morris Tile & Marble Corporation, previously the largest tile company on the East Coast. While at Port Morris, Nick was instrumental in estimating, pricing and negotiating projects that ranged from $20MM (1 World Trade Center/Freedom Tower) to $825,000 (Peninsula Hotel). Additional work Nick contracted for while at Port Morris included $6.4MM (Alexico – The Laurel), $6.2MM (Madison Square Garden) and $2.4MM (Grand Hyatt New York City).
For 24 years prior to working for Port Morris, Nick was the second-generation business owner of a multi-million dollar tile & stone business. Nick is an avid reader, loves to play with his grandchildren, and is a former scratch golfer.
Operations
Joe Russo's Bio
Joe joined Coastal Tile & Marble, Inc. in 2010 as Senior Project Manager, after working for more than 30 years in the tile industry. His role at Coastal Tile & Marble is to manage all projects in New York City. Joe’s prior experience as Project Manager-Head Estimator for Port Morris Tile & Marble Company prepared him well for this position. While at Port Morris, Joe managed projects with a scope of $10-12MM per job, including multiple Riverside Buildings in New York City, Yankee Stadium, Citifield, Hotel Atanea, and New York University. Joe has significant experience simultaneously managing multiple large-scale projects.
In 1980, Joe began working for a second-generation family owned company, European Marble & Tile, Inc. Starting in the field, he worked his way up to Project Manager, managing sales in excess of $4MM per year. In 1985, Joe took over as CEO-Owner of European Marble & Tile, expanding the business to $10MM annually.
Joe is a member of the Contractors Tile Council of New York and The Masons. In his free time, he can be found coaching his daughter’s Sudden Impact Fast Pitch Softball Travel Team. Joe is also the President of Birds Unlimited Hunting Club, and spends hours volunteering in the community for the preservation of the environment.
Mark Sorbella's Bio
Mark has served as Director of Operations for Coastal Tile & Marble since its inception in 1992. With over 30 years of industry experience, Mark possesses a diversified set of skills, having managed multiple complex and challenging projects, such as The New York City Policy Academy and Pepsico World Headquarters. Mark has a proven history of successful project completion – on budget and on time, with efficiency and superior quality. Prior to joining Coastal Tile & Marble, Mark worked for 6 years as Project Manager/Estimator for Art Tile, Inc.
Mark earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the State University of New York at Cortland. He is a Laticrete International Certified Installation Product Expert, OSHA Certified Safety Coordinator, Notary Public, and a member of Local Union #7 Tile, Marble & Terrazzo.
When not managing the day to day operations at Coastal Tile, Mark enjoys spending time with his family, gardening, cooking, and the emotional rollercoaster of being an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan.

Sean Murphy's Bio
Murph joined Coastal Tile & Marble in 2015 as Warehouse Manager. His responsibilities include managing deliveries and inventory, tracking orders, expediting materials to the jobsites, tracking and coordinating tools both in the warehouse and at jobsites, maintaining our fleet of trucks, and coordinating and managing the warehouse staff.
Murph’s prior experience as Warehouse Manager for 17 years with JanTile, a major tile-stone-terrazzo fabricator and installer, prepared him well for this position. Early in his career, Murph managed the warehouse at DalTile Corporation in Harrison, NY, a major hub of the country’s leading manufacturer and distributor of ceramic tile and natural stone. When not at work, Murph enjoys spending time with his wife and children.
