Frank M. Waters, Inc. is a family owned and operated toilet partition and toilet room accessory business that opened it's doors in 1991. Prior to opening his own business, Frank had a previous 25 years of experience in the industry, working with the same great manufacturers that we are proud to still be working with today.

We started with furnishing and installing toilet partitions and toilet room accessories in our home state of Maryland and quickly expanded to the regions around us. We regularly do jobs in southern Pennsylvania, Delaware, Virginia, Washington D.C. and New Jersey. Over the last few years, we have expanded our presence in Florida, Tennessee, California, and more.

We specialize in toilet partitions, toilet room accessories, and other Division 10 products. Our knowledge and expertise on the matter is second to none. We can help you with design and execution of all of your bathroom needs. We can also assist in custom work such as Solid Plastic vanities and counter tops.

We can handle every size job. From a single stall, up to a stadium, we have done them all. We have done sensitive restoration projects, such as the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary, We have done large stadium work such as Oriole Park at Camden Yards and the Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium.
