For over 10 years, NLD Construction has been designing, building, and improving residential and commericial buildings for customers ranging from individuals interested in building their dream homes to investors interested in working with a reliable builder who can manage large-scale condominium and residential developments or commerical and industrial structures.

Design and Site Selection Services

We can help you with advice on site selection and situation of your home or commerical structure. Working with us during the site selection process can help you keep your budget in check and make sure you don’t fall behind on your timeline. We work with you to identify an optimal location based on our many years of excavation and site work including land clearing, septic work, building roads and driveways, all supprted by our partnerships with engineers.
We have many years of experience working with our clients to design their homes or commercial buildings to suit their particular needs and preferences. Because we bring actual construction experience, we can guide you through the design process so that you can adequately plan for the time, materials, and other resources required for complete delivery.

Site Work

NLD Construction provides land clearing, excavation, and other site work to ensure that your project maintains momentum. We can level your site and “cut and fill” where necessary. We clear and level land for your building site site, and dig foundations, whether your project is a large building or for a smaller addition.

Residential Homes

Our team does the framing, the roofing, and the siding, ensuring that your home is water tight. We can provide the construction services needed up to this point, or we can manage the entire project through to completion, including the finished carpentry work.We can rapidly add a level to your existing home, build a new garage, or add an addition to your existing home, garage, or barn. Many of our customers have added a two-story addition to accomodate a state-of-the-art kitchen and a new master suite with a customized master bath.

We have also worked with homeowners to build riding rings for equestrian purposes and specialty barns. Many of our customers have come to us to extend the use of their home and increase its value by adding exterior decks and terraces. We can replace your old shingles with durable, more appealing architectural shingles to improve the appearance of your exterior.

Commercial and Industrial Structures

Our commercial and industrial customers rely on us to provide quality construction services within a strict timeframe and within the allocated budget. We have worked with customers to developed large scale condominium projects, multiple buildings in high end residential neighborhood developments, retail and other commercial properties, and light industrial structures.
