Welcome to the official web site for Cathay, Inc., residential contractors since 1960.  Cathay, Inc. started out in Pennsylvania as roofing and siding contractors.  Soon after, Cathay, Inc. Expanded into a full line remodeling company. 

In 1968, Cathay, Inc. expanded once again to become a General Contractor, where we began to build many fine custom homes.  Over the years, Cathay, Inc. has branched off into other area of residential construction and all over the United States. 

In 1985, Cathay, Inc. began to focus on the Construction Management aspect of the industry.  During this phase of our growth, we managed the design and the construction of numerous fine custom homes for both private homeowners and large custom builders, in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Northern Virginia and as far away as Texas.

In 1994, Cathay, Inc. had begun to focus more on the individual custom homeowners.  This is when Cathay, Inc. began to specialize in stone and stucco facades.  We had found that there was a lack of quality installers for the stone and stucco that our clientele required.  Cathay, Inc. began to focus our attention to creating one of the finest stone and stucco contracting companies on the East coast. 

Since then, Cathay, Inc. has strived to provide all of its customers with the best products and the most knowledgeable and capable installers available.   Cathay, Inc. is very proud of our history and our accomplishments, and we hope you will review some of our latest projects and maybe we can add your project to our gallery.
