Scope Of Work

Renovation of approximately 8,000sf of interior space on the first floor within the Cambridge side of the Museum of Science
building. Areas undergoing major renovation include the existing ticketing and queuing area and associated back-of-house
ticketing support spaces and staff offices. Areas with a more limited scope of renovation include the concourse from the parking
garage to the main lobby and the exhibit gallery space directly adjacent to the staff offices and concourse. The scope of
renovation work includes partition walls, finishes, millwork, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, telecommunications, audio/visual,
and fire protection systems. Renovation of the Museum Science Box Office includes the construction of a temporary Box Office,
the demolition of HVAC, Electrical, architectural elements and installation of the same.
