Our Story

Since 1996, AMX Companies has been a construction industry leader in the environmental, industrial, specialty and wireless telecommunications markets. AMX is a full-service construction company providing an extensive range of commercial general contracting and construction management services. Founded in 2005, the company has a deep understanding of construction industry values. As a self-performing general contractor, we cover the entire construction process, from initial stages to completion.

As part of our business growth strategy, the partners have a minority interest in AMX Veterans Specialty Services, LLC, a separate Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), also registered as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) with the North Central Texas Regional Certification Agency. This company can provide any and all of the specialty services typically offered by AMX Companies to local, state or the United States Federal Government programs that specifically wish to engage a company with these certifications.

AMX is a full-service construction company providing an extensive range of commercial general contracting and construction management services. As a self-performing general contractor, we cover the entire construction process, from conception, design development and budgeting to actual construction and turnkey completion. This approach produces significant benefits for our customers, such as having a single source for both base building and fit-up work projects, and a single point of accountability for schedule, costs and quality. Our knowledgeable and dedicated staff represents almost every trade and discipline in general construction and specialty services. We act as a construction management agent and a team coordinator, working closely with architects, engineers, designers, project managers, field supervisors and other team members.

We bring commitment to excellence, personalized management and on-time/on-budget delivery of projects to a large base of satisfied and repeat customers. Our clients trust us with their most demanding tasks, and expect top quality service, outstanding workmanship, competitive pricing and complete customer satisfaction in return. And, true to our company’s motto “We Have It All Together!” we deliver—time after time, every time.
