Mr. Johnson’s career in the construction field began in 1985. He joined EDC in 1992 and became a member of the ownership team of EDC as a partner in 1997.
Professional Experience
Mr. Johnson was promoted to Vice President in 1998 and became President in 2008. As President, he is responsible for the overall direction, management and growth of the company. Chris takes an active role in operations where his years of experience in the industry serve to reinforce a level of confidence to which our clients have become accustomed.

Jeff Duffy's Bio
Mr. Duffy’s career in the construction field began in 1988. He joined EDC in 1993 and became a member of the ownership team of EDC as a partner in 1997.
Professional Experience
Mr. Duffy is a senior partner with the organization and leads the preconstruction and marketing efforts. Jeff works closely with developers and retailers to provide preconstruction services which include budgets, value engineering, scheduling, and final cost analysis. With extensive experience in the design and development of retail and commercial projects, Jeff works closely with EDC's clients to assist in the initial conception and feasibility of their projects, ranging from $1 million to $50 million.

Jeffrey Broderick's Bio
Mr. Broderick’s career in the construction, development, and architecture fields began in 1996. He joined EDC in 2009.
Professional Experience
Mr. Broderick is EDC’s Director of Business Development. He is responsible for creating and maintaining key national relationships to generate new and repeat business for the company. Jeffrey’s diversity and geographic reach makes him adept at generating and fostering long term relationships throughout the Real Estate industry.

Developed ground-up shopping centers throughout the US, with a focus on land acquisition, due diligence, entitlements, budgeting, scheduling, procuring and directing design and construction documents, permitting and construction management.

Raymond Hunt's Bio
Mr. Hunt leads EDC’s Construction Management division, working closely with his clients to identify the most appropriate strategies to achieve their objectives. He directs a designated team in defining the project scope, scheduling and budgetary needs and determines the level of expertise and manpower required to meet the project goals. In his role as the Owner’s Representative, Raymond becomes an extension of the Owner, coordinating the design and construction teams, including the architects, engineers, consultants and contractors throughout each phase of the project. Raymond has extensive experience in providing feasibility analyses, financial opportunities and liabilities, site selection determination, and quality control for a variety of projects.
