PACS Construction Laboratories

PACS Construction Laboratories and Testing Services, Inc is an AASHTO Accredited Laboratory and a Texas Registered Type C Corporation founded 2003 in Houston, Texas. We have been providing testing laboratory services to the construction industry in Houston, Texas for over 15 years and are located at 8464 N Sam Houston Pkwy W in Houston, Texas.

PACS started operations by providing testing services to the Texas Department of Transportation. These services included the testing of concrete, hot mix asphalts and soils on roads and bridges. Over time PACS expanded into testing services for Sub-Division development (WS&D and Paving), Facilities Construction (including hospitals, hotels, manufacturing facilities and other commercial properties), Roads (both asphalt and concrete on state and city streets), Airports (Sugarland, DW Hooks and IAH) and of course materials testing for suppliers. Our clients include; Material Suppliers, General Contractors, Subdivision Developers, Engineering Firms, Project Owners and the Texas Department of Transportation.

PACS prides itself on providing high quality, accurate and timely test reports. We consider ourselves an integral part of the team focused on the completion of a high quality project. PACS operates in compliance with ASTM D3740, ASTM D3666, and ASTM C1077 and is accredited by AASHTO as an R 18 certified laboratory.
