AGS completed two very large jobs for us. They did a very nice job, and Ryan made sure everything was done right. Ryan is very knowledgeable, and was very helpful in helping us with our design.

AGS Tile & Stone did an outstanding job on our bathroom remodel. Ryan (the owner) was a huge help in not only answering our question but solving some structural problems as well. The price quoted was reasonable and Ryan even gave me the opportunity to do some of the demo myself there by bringing down the price. His crew was professional, respectful, on time and even cleaned up after themselves each day. The job ended on schedule and overall the entire process was superb. If I could, I’d give this place more than 5 stars! We are now in the process of having him do more work on our kitchen.

It is great to see a local business grow over the years, my wife and I have used AGS Tile & Stone on numerous projects around our home, from a small laundry room floor, complete kitchen remodel to a bathroom designed to look like a day spa.  Ryan’s innovative ideas and willingness to work with us has helped make every project enjoyable. AGS’s installation staff has always been kind and courteous, which is a very important issue with my wife and I, we don’t want to feel uncomfortable in our own home while work is going on, AGS’s staff has never let us down, prompt, courteous and respectful every time. We have used AGS on three separate home remodeling projects. Their work is great, they are prompt and courteous, always arriving at the agreed upon time (which from our experience is rare in the construction business!) We would not think of using anyone other than Ryan and his team for our tile and stone work.

AGS Tile helped with our recent bath remodel. Whenit came time for the bid they really set us straight on what we could and couldn’t do with our small space. We just completed a major master bath remodel that included a steam shower, soaking tub, marble flooring, and subway tile four feet up the walls; lots of tile work! AGS Tile did a fantastic job for us. Owner Ryan Wagner was great to work with; he promptly returned any calls or text messages, kept to the budget and bid, and easily adapted to my design changes during the project.

Tiler Jose was an excellent craftsman and Anthony was great; never complaining about the numerous trips up and down the stairs for each tile cut! (AGS also did my kitchen and half bath remodel previously–both outstanding. Miguel fabricated the marble slab work on both kitchen and master bath projects–beautiful work!)

AGS Tile just completed a complete re-do of my tub and shower surround in my only bathroom in our 1955 house. Prior to their arrival, the tile was four different colors, falling off the wall (partly due to the previous owner’s use of plywood as a backer to the tile!).

I requested AGS permit me and hubby to do the demo of the old tile, to save some money. No problem. Owner, Ryan Wagner, was friendly, knowledable and timely.

I was quoted $1300 for installation of greenrock over the bare studs, a floated mortar base, white 6X6 tile and grout with all materials included. As a bonus, Ryan had some glass tile left over from another job that matched our wall paint and threw that into the deal. Going that extra mile is not lost on me. Another extra mile, hubby and I had questions Saturday and Sunday before the Monday start day. Ryan called us back right away. That’s customer service.

Ryan’s employees, Dan and Vinny arrived exactly on time Monday morning to begin work. They were both very friendly (spoke English, a plus) and were also very knowledgable. They answered all my million questions with a smile. After day one, all of the mortar was up as promised. They left my bathroom cleaner than they found it, even though they were coming back the next day to do more work.

Day two and all of the tile was expertly laid. Even with the added challenge of a 53 year old tub that was not at all level. Day three mid-day and all of the grout was done and I couldn’t be happier with the result. It is hard to find a contractor service that sticks to estimates, both cost and time, so accurately.
