History

North American Pipeline originated in 1974 located in Lakewood, NJ. From 1984 through December 2012, Mr. Fred Choppy acquired and operated North American Pipeline. Thomas Mullen IV, who has over 20 years of underground utility experience and family friend of the Choppy family, had a vision for North American Pipeline. When Mr. Choppy was ready to retire, Tom’s vision was to come to fruition. He purchased North American Pipeline in December 2012.

Present/Future

Tom’s vision for North American Pipeline Services LLC is to expand by offering a complete, full pipeline service provider within the private and public business sector. NAP’s services go beyond Jet Vac Cleaning and CCTV Inspection of Sanitary Sewer and Storm Drainage Systems. NAP provides hydro excavation, storm water quality structure maintenance programs as well as FULL service replacement and repairs to existing and installation of new Storm Drainage, Sanitary Sewer and Potable Water Systems.

We now offer multiple no dig trenchless technology repair solutions to include CIPP lateral lining, UV spot repairs, mechanical joint seals and sleeves, manhole and catch basin relining, grout injection of manholes, mains and laterals, and service lateral to main connector utilizing UV technology.
