Safety Training Plus, Inc. (STP) is a full service Safety consulting firm, based in Chase MD, specializing in the Construction Industry. The firm's founder, James (Jim) O. Johnson, Jr., incorporated the business in 2002. Jim has over 20 years of "blue collar" construction experience, focusing on protecting the industries number one resource, it's people. STP's technique, employ a "bottom line" understanding in educating organizations on the value of a strong and effective Safety Program, use a "real world" approach in conducting practical and timely training, understanding the need for optimal production and providing strategic and informative site inspections. STP's consultants bring 40+ years in safety experience, 50+ years in operations' construction experience and bilingual (Spanish) training.
