Moine Bros. has been in business since 1979.

Moine Bros. is a licensed contracting firm (C21 and C61-D40 / Haz.) specializing in installations and removals of underground tank systems, waste water clarifier systems, and aboveground fuel tank systems, as well as demolition and environmental excavation. We are capable of managing complete jobs including all work related to fueling system installations, fueling system upgrades, fuel station demolitions, underground tank removals, and remedial excavations. Alternatively, when only certain specific services are required, we work together with Environmental Consultants, General and Engineering Contractors, Project Managers, etc. Over the years we have completed thousands of projects, ranging from removal of small tanks at private residences to replacement of tank “farms” at large fuel-distribution and petro-chem facilities. 

Having over 40 years of experience in underground tanks and fueling systems contracting, we have witnessed the dramatic influence of increased safety and environmental awareness. Government regulation has increased profoundly and continues to do so. Technologies have evolved to substantially improve the environmental soundness and manageability of modern fueling systems. We are committed to staying abreast these changes and to address them effectively and efficiently. This commitment combined with our extensive experience as specialists in the field ensures implementation of the most practical approach for achieving each client’s objectives.

    Preparing plans and obtaining permits.

    Interacting with regulatory agencies and coordinating inspections.

    Demolition of buildings, canopies, and slabs.

    Decontamination, excavation and removal of tanks, clarifiers, sumps, and piping.

    Disposal of tanks in a safe and legal manner.

    Monitoring and testing of soils.

    Excavation, loading, and disposal (often for treatment and recycling) of contaminated soils.

    Backfilling of excavations and compaction to 90% of maximum density.

    Installation of new below- or above-ground tanks and associated sumps, piping, and dispensing and monitoring equipment.

    Installation of new in-ground waste water clarifiers and associated drains, piping, and equipment.

    Concrete work, asphalt paving, and other site restoration work.
