Mill Station in Owings Mills is a 21st Century retail and restaurant destination. CJ Miller LLC's work on this project includes grading the 54-acre site, storm drain installation, sanitary sewer, water services, curbs, gutter, asphalt, existing storm water management, pond restoration and new bio retention facilities.
