Mardy Betschart as Owner of MB Electric, LLC, has nearly 30 years of experience in all aspects of electrical contracting. Joining the IBEW program in 1988 as an apprentice, he completed the program in 1993 as a journeyman electrician. Working in the field until 2000, he transitioned into the office as an estimator/project manager. His vision was to eventually own his own company that he accomplished in 2005, which was MB Electric, LLC in Lacey, Washington. His current credentials include: Journeyman’s License, Administrator License as well as his involvement with the local NECA chapter.
Abe joined the MB Electric, LLC team in August of 2016 with over 25 years of field experience as a journeyman. He completed his apprenticeship in 1997 graduating from the IBEW Local 76 program. He brings a wealth of electrical knowledge, specializing in street lighting, commercial and industrial projects. He currently possesses a Washington Journeyman Level Electrical License.
Brian began working with MB Electric, LLC in December 2017. In 2011 Brian spent a year working in Thailand at an automotive parts manufacturing company specializing in Business Development. In 2012 he started his apprenticeship and became a Journeyman Electrician in 2017 and has over 6 years’ experience as a Commercial Electrician. His experience includes Tenant Improvements, Fast Food Restaurants, Breweries, Generator Back-Up Systems and Service Work.
Eric became a part of the MB Electric, LLC team in 2014, and has been an active part of the union electrical trade his entire life. Joining the IBEW Local 76 apprentice program in 1997, he progressively advanced from an apprentice to foreman level, to his current position as estimator/project manager. Eric brought with him a broad commercial and industrial knowledge base. His licenses include a Washington Journeyman Level Electrical License, as well as a Washington Administrators License. His multiple years of experience include the following: Hospitals, Medical Facilities, Schools, Financial Institutions, Military Bases, Fueling Facilities, Controls, Multi-Story/Suite Office Buildings, and Tenant Improvements.
Frank Vance came to MB Electric, LLC in 2013 with a background of over 30 years of electrical experience. His current professional profile includes Design Build Electrical for the Suquamish Youth and Fitness Center, the Red Wind Casino New Parking Garage, Quinault Beach Resort Casino Expansion Project, Harrison Medical Center Parking Garage, Mission Healthcare Facility Renton, WA, New Life Church Renton and the Port of Olympia Storm Water Treatment System. His role at MB Electric, LLC includes managing multiple projects, supervising manpower, and estimating. His licenses include a Washington Journeyman Level Electrical License, Washington State Limited Energy Administrator License and Skill Path Project Manager courses.
Richie joined MB Electric Grays Harbor in 2014 as a point of contact for the electricians in the field. He assisted in dispatching, verifying invoiced materials to their correct purchase orders and monthly billing forms, along with estimating small projects and service work. In 2015 he added to his daily tasks and took over all office duties, while learning about LED lighting upgrades along with available PUD rebates. In 2016, Richie started running the day to day operations and has since become a project manager and estimator for both commercial and industrial projects at our Aberdeen location.
Ron’s association with MB Electric, LLC began in 2007 as purchasing agent, bringing with him a strong background in the electrical industry. He has been promoted to project manager, and is an effective liaison between the electricians in the field and the project contractors he works with. Ron is a valuable asset, and provides clear communication to the owner, office staff and the vendors our company uses. His current work portfolio includes: Schools, Sewer Treatment Plants, City Well and Water Treatment Plants, DOT Roadwork, Traffic Signal projects, Site Development, Education Sports Fields, Lift Stations, Commercial Tennent Improvements, and Multi-Story Commercial Buildings.
